SalaryA medical practice is seeking a Medical Receptionist on a temporary basis to jump in and hit the ground running with lots of support!
Duration: Minimum of 6 weeksSchedule: Part-time, 8am - 6pm, two days a weekSalary: GBP11.44 per hourLocation: Dereham
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors and telephone callers to the practice professionally.
- Manage all telephone calls appropriately.
- Manage the flow of patients arriving at the reception desk for appointments, prescriptions, or queries.
- Make appointments using System One, processing appointment requests for today and future appointments.
- Ensure clinical staff receive medical records as requested.
- Book in patients for surgeries and clinics.
- Deal with patient inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Receive and record telephone messages, taking appropriate action
- Restore the telephone service in the morning and check for any messages.
