Atkinson Moss are proud to be representing a fantastic company in Norwich City Centre in their search in looking for a unique new member to their highly productive team. They are in the search for a Part Time Purchase Accounts Assistant.
This role will be 20 hours a week and there is flexibility on the working pattern.
Key duties include:
- Processing high volume of invoices
- Recording and reconciling the bank account
- Ensure sales ledger is carried out
- Chasing invoice payments
- Inputting invoices on to payment runs
- Checking supplier statements
Key Skills:
- Previous experience within an Accounts Assistant role is essential
- Good IT skills including excel
- Competent with using various accounting software's
- Great team work
