Are you a NHS Liaison Executive, Healthcare Development Manager (HDM), Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager or a Senior Medical Representative looking to specialise in PAC and join an exciting new BDM Team?
Our client is a market leading group engaged in the manufacture and supply of Pressure Relieving / Skin Health products to healthcare providers. A UK Company with a track record of success providing medical devices, equipment and consumables, they are committed to business growth and employee development.
As part of an exciting expansion programme, they are now recruiting experienced and dynamic Medical Sales Representatives for 5 Business Development Manager roles across the country
Reporting to the Director of Sales the role is full time and field based. You will seek out opportunities within the NHS environment supporting local level health economic aims and objectives. You’ll be responsible for delivering product inclusion at both formulary level and in hospital & community loan store catalogue listings. You’ll develop and deliver bespoke customer projects to maximise business growth and maintain long term relationships with Senior Key Stakeholders and KOLs. Customers you’ll build win-win partnerships with include; Integrated Community Equipment Services (ICES) Commissioners, CCG Managers, Medicine Management Teams, Tissue Viability Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Patient Safety Officers, Budget Holders and Primary Care Networks
The BDM role is pivotal in implementing our client’s new business strategies, with a strong emphasis on generating fresh revenue streams and nurturing new customer relationships in previously unexplored markets. Whilst your main area of concentration will be expanding and enhancing the company’s presence in the Acute and Community sectors, thereby broadening the customer base in established market, you will be responsible for working with customers at all levels
To be considered for these roles you will be a Senior Representative/NHS Liaison Exec/KAM meeting following criteria;
· Current success within the Medical Device sector in either NHS Liaison, Healthcare Development Manager (HDM), Business Development, Key Account Management or a Senior Territory Manager roles
· Experience within the Pressure Area Care /Wound Care market is an advantage
· Existing relationships with key stakeholders including TVNs, PCNs, Finance & Procurement Managers
· Excellent communication and negotiations skills
· Strong understanding of NHS procurement processes
· Full UK driving Licence
