Full time/part time: Full-Time, 37. 5 hours per week
Before applying for this role it is essential that you have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent MCA qualification.
The pharmacy service is open on Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 8pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 2.30pm. Applicants will contribute to our excellent evening service Monday to Friday 5:30pm - 8:00pm and Saturday 9am to 2:30pm.

You'll help us make health happen by:
You'll act as the service ambassador and provide an exceptional outpatient pharmacy counter service to all patients, staff and health care professionals.
You'll manage and coordinate the front counter service, identifying customer needs and offering appropriate advice on over-the-counter medicines.
As a front-line member of the team you will ensure all customers are well received and responded to appropriately. You'll register patients, take payments and provide an accurate cashier function, managing a daily float in line with current policy and procedures, and collect data for audit purposes.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Excellent written and spoken English
Excellent Customer Service focus
NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent MCA qualification (essential)
Experience of retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy. (essential)
Computer literate.
Experience in service delivery in area of Pharmacy ( essential)
