Our Meetings and Events Sales Consultants are all about giving customers great experience. The role reports directly to the Customer Excellence Manager and is part of a team based from our Commercial Hub in Crick (NN6 7XR). You'll work closely with our sales and hotel teams, to ensure that all aspects of our weddings, Meetings and Events are executed to the highest standards.
Who we’re looking for
In this job, you'll be the first person customers talk to, and you'll make sure they have everything they need from the start. You'll be busy taking lots of calls and emails, but your goal will be to make each customer feel special and to book as many group events and meetings as you can.
If you're the kind of person who's always ready to help, can talk and write clearly, and you're good at staying organized and focused on what's important, we want you to join us! You'll be a key player in our team, making sure we all do a great job together. Plus, you'll get to know all about our hotels so you can tell customers about our offer and help us sell more.
If you've worked in a busy call centre before, that's great! And if you're good at making deals and selling products, that's even better.
