Membership Administrator

Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Membership Program Specialist to join one of our clients based close to St Neots.

This is a full time, permanent position offering in the region of £28,000 with flex for the right candidate.

Our client also offers hybrid working with 2 days office based and 3 days work from home.

Main Duties:

• Provide support & co-ordination of specific administration elements of Member programs
• Provide member onboarding support, including processing applications, outreach to members via email, phone
• Calling campaigns/engagement calls with all members
• Follow up on membership requests
• Provide high quality customer service
• Maintain and update member records
• Work alongside the Member Services Manager on the renewal campaign.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all membership benefits, professional development opportunities and products
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure key messages related to programs are communicated
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, ensuring we maximize member satisfaction and achieve high member retention rates
• Must be available when required to travel and represent the business
• Performs other functions as required by management
