Salary £23,000 (£12.64 per hour)
Temporary Role - ongoing basis, Full Time
Job Purpose: Assist the company in maintaining high levels of administrative support and customer care to the Membership base.
Duties: The successful candidate will be a Membership Administrator, responsible for all administration within the Membership department.
- Provide full administrative support to the organisation and team.
- Processing subscriptions and maintaining regular contact with all members.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and adaptable, good at prioritising tasks.
- Responsible for keeping the CRM system up to date.
- Good all round knowledge of systems and IT is necessary.
