What will give you the edge?
- Experience working in a membership role for a membership organisation.
- Strong technical skills, particularly in CRMs.
- Methodical and disciplined approach to handling processes and system-based tasks.
- You’ll work on a brand new CRM system, so you need to be proactive and dynamic – you won’t be given all the answers so you’ll need to be able to pivot and find the solutions yourself.
- If you have experience in, or a passion for, life science and health, that would be fantastic but it’s not essential.
