Our client, a leading charity membership body based in London is currently recruiting for Membership Manager.

The Role of Membership Manager
The Membership Manager will play a crucial role in promoting membership benefits, analysing member feedback, and implementing initiatives to drive membership growth. Strong communication, marketing and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves building and maintaining relationships with current and potential members. This role is a unique opportunity to have ownership of a brand-new membership strategy. This will harness the amazing potential we have in our membership base to support more children who are facing the challenges of inequality.
Person Specification
Track record of creating and providing regular marketing communications to a membership/ supporter base.
Track record of delivering exceptional supporter or customer care, ideally at a charity and with a membership.
Understanding of GDPR and experience of robust data management compliance
Agile thinker with great attention to detail, utilising sets of data to measure the effectiveness of membership programmes.
Experience of working within membership governance frameworks and compliance requirements dictated by Articles of Association and Bylaws.
Experience of supporting multiple stakeholders and/or projects simultaneously.
Experience of delivering against SLAs.
IT literate: Word, Access, Excel, database management
