Mental Health Business Support Officer
Location: Fulbourn, Remote (Mandatory Office Attendance Every Other Tuesday)
Salary: £14.53 An Hour

As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless running of the general organisation. This is a Temporary position, however, is very likely to be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Senior support assistance: Manage incoming calls to alleviate pressure on senior staff member, ensuring seamless communication within the team.
- Diary Management: Efficiently organize schedules and appointments, ensuring adherence to deadlines and meetings.
- Email Correspondence: Respond promptly and professionally to emails, maintaining accuracy and a high level of communication.
- Cross Covering: Collaborate seamlessly with team members, providing mutual support for a cohesive work environment.
- Slide Deck Creation: Utilize organizational and technical proficiency to develop impactful slide decks for presentations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role (PA).
- Fluent in Microsoft platforms and previous experience managing an inbox is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in diary management and adept at handling high-pressure situations.
