Suitable applicants must have
- Mental Health leadership experience
- An active NMC PIN with a RMN qualification
- A positive and visionary approach to psychiatric care
- Exceptional management and leadership qualities

Your primary duties will be:
- Working towards an "outstanding" CQC outcome for the hospital
- Sales and marketing to ensure capacity targets are met.
- Recruitment, management and retention of healthcare professionals including Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and support staff.
- Supporting Senior Management team and the board
- Setting Expectations of quality and engendering a professional and caring culture
Salary Upwards of £85,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
