Salary: £36,000 to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics to join the theatre team at a prestigious private healthcare provider in the Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire area

The main duties of the Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics role include:

• Gather, inspect, and prepare the suitable anaesthetic equipment, emergency medications, and supplies needed for a diverse range of surgical procedures involving various forms of anaesthesia.
• Perform essential safety checks for patients.
• Aid the Anaesthetist throughout all stages of patient care in the perioperative period.
• Support the Anaesthetist in diligently monitoring the patient's condition throughout the procedure, promptly taking necessary measures to address any emergent complications through strategic planning.
• Collaborate within the surgical team to ensure the patient receives safe and high-quality care throughout the procedure.

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
• 12 Months experience in a theatre setting is desirable but not essential.
• Mentorship qualification
