Mental Health Nurse

Service Care Solutions are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join a a complex care rehabilitation service for women with a mental illness and a history of substance misuse and/or trauma based in South East London.

Pay Rate: £26.50 per hour (PAYE) with uplifts for Nights , Weekends and Bank Holiday

Day and Night Shifts available -07:30 -20:00 ,19:30-08:00
Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to women with mental illnesses and a history of substance misuse and/or trauma
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided
• Stay informed about advancements in Mental Health nursing, attending relevant training sessions and contributing to your professional growth.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
• Experience in a Mental Health setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
