Job Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and high-quality Mental Health nursing care during Night Shifts.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
Respond effectively to emergencies and provide support in crisis situations.
Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes residents' mental well-being.
Requirements:
Valid Nursing qualification and registration.
Proven experience in Mental Health nursing, especially in a night shift capacity.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to providing person-centered care.
Understanding of and adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines.
