Mental Health Practitioners - Permanent (Full or Part Time)
Band 7 and above
- 80% of the role is remote - working from home conducting telephone triage
- Telephone or face to face appoints (if in surgery)
- referring patients or booking in face to face appointments
- 30-45 min appointments , take on caseloads as well as refer to local trusts or surgeries.
- Must be an Independent Prescriber
- Primary care experience is a bonus.
