As an experienced Nurse from the NHS or private sector, you'll join the team at Ty Grosvenor as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) working 37.5 hours per week (12.5 hour shifts), where you will change lives for the better.Your career within Elysium will be enjoyable and rewarding as you develop specialist skills and make a real difference for some of the most vulnerable people in society.

What you will be doing

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure service users (Adults 18+) within the rehabilitation facility receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promote good teamwork.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, but also a good amount of routine.

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.

Join the team at Ty Grosvenor, providing care for men and women with personality disorders and mental illness in an established and well-run service, where you will focus on equipping people with the appropriate skills for community living.

 Ty Grosvenor is changing to an all Male service, with an all new acute ward opening. be part of this exciting new development of our services. 

You will empower and support people to reach their own unique goals while you learn about implementing five core zones of Work and Education, Interventions, Social Networks, Health and Empowerment. The service has two distinct wards and two-bedroom apartments that support independent living. You’ll also benefit from access to mainstream resources within the local community.
