Service Care Solutions are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse(RMN) to join our Agency team and support the NHS in Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey. (North London).

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality Mental Health nursing care to individuals in various settings, including hospitals, community care, and other healthcare facilities.
• Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Adhoc Availability: Respond to staffing needs on a flexible basis, accepting shifts as per your availability. This offers you the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards. Provide clear and concise reports on patient progress as required.
• Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in Mental Health nursing, attending relevant training sessions and contributing to your professional growth.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
• Experience in a Mental Health setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
