We're seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) for a rewarding community-based role in Lancashire. Are you ready for a new challenge?

* Pay Rate: £24-£25p/h
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: As an RMN specializing in community Mental Health, you'll play a crucial role in caring for older adult patients by:
* Conducting regular visits to check on patients' well-being.
* Administering medication as prescribed.
* Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and monitoring progress.
* Conducting risk assessments to ensure a safe treatment environment.
Requirements:
* Active NMC registration as a Mental Health nurse.
* Previous community experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
