We’re looking for a Mental Health Coordinator to work in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust and local GPs. This is an innovative role to provide targeted Mental Health and holistic support.
The role will work alongside GPs to access and provide short-term, early intervention support in a primary care setting. The support is mainly a non-medical approach, utilising multidisciplinary networks for complex Mental Health needs.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of working in Mental Health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training - we’ll invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed. You’ll join a supportive, flexible team and be working for one of the leading providers of Mental Health services in Sussex.
