SalaryAre you a Support Worker experienced within Mental Health? Do you have experience supporting adults with challenging behaviors and complex Mental Health needs? We are currently looking for confident and adaptable individuals to support our team of Support Workers and nurses.
Please note, the service we are supporting is in need of Drivers who have held a UK Driving License for 3+ Years. Applicants without this will not be considered at this time.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our clients care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

We have shifts available on an ongoing basis, both Long Days and Nights so we are able to work around your current schedule and commitments.
