An independent community pharmacy is recruiting for a Qualified Counter Assistant to provide a crucial front-of-house role in a fast-paced environment, where you will be serving customers, giving healthcare advice, managing the retail area and supporting the dispensing team.
Key Duties
- Establishing and developing long term relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer care.
- Offer advice on medication by asking appropriate questions and involving the Pharmacist when necessary.
- Follow till processes including sales and cashing up.
- Stock management which will include ordering, date checking, implementing price changes, maintaining stock levels, etc.
