Our superb client based in Wymondham is seeking an experienced Part Counter Assistant to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
As Part Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for:-
- Taking parts orders and making internal and external sales calls to support company parts campaigns.
- Answering incoming calls & dealing with queries.
- Allocating stock on arrival.
- Checking delivery notes and parts to be booked in on stock system.
- Take orders from service engineers.
- Process job cards
- Parts returns
- Picking parts for service visits.
- Operate a forklift
Skills required
To be considered for the role of Parts Counter Assistant, you will have:-
- Previous parts / trade experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving ability
- A cheerful, professional outlook
- Excellent time management skills.
