About you:

Job Role:

Our STR Workers support individuals with Mental Health needs promoting their recovery within a residential setting ensuring all customers are supported with dignity and respect and are empowered to make their own choices.

They support individuals in all aspects of daily living including support with medication and managing finances whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies and procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

The Service:

We have roles at 3 of our services:

Chingford - Our Supported Living Service in Chingford is home to 5 residents. With five bedrooms, a shared kitchen, bathroom, chill out area and gardens the service is just a short stroll away from local shops, a Leisure Centre and public transport. This role is for day shifts with some sleep ins.

Romford - This Mental Health service in Romford is a registered Care service for people with Mental Health needs. The scheme houses eight people in single occupancy bedrooms split equally between two houses joined by an Office. Each home has a spacious size lounge, a large kitchen diner where people are supported to prepare snacks and meals, and also has a utility room and two bathrooms. Staff must be flexible and work days with the possibility of some night shifts.

Dagenham –A supported living service which is home to 6 residents where you will be supporting them with Mental Health needs to achieve their aspirations.
