Location: Multiple locations within Erewash
Hours: 37.5 hours
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Salary: £23,205

I am looking for Mental Health Wellbeing Support Worker to provide support in the community across the Erewash area.
I am in partnership and collaborating with a fantastic national client who are a registered care and support charity, who specialise in delivering homes, services, and innovation for the most disadvantaged communities in the country and provide support to vulnerable adults. They aim to provide the very best service, and they would love YOUR help to continue that vision.
Salary and Benefits

Overview of the Role
I am looking for a full time wellbeing support worker, to work with people in the community who require Mental Health support. You will provide guidance and support within their home setting, ensuring they are able to live independently and can access any external support required.
Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general practical and emotional support, promoting independent living skills and access to external resources
  • Responding appropriately and empathetically to all situations
  • Providing support with independent living skills, access to employment and appointments
  • Providing an effective and responsive supportive service
  • Liaise with external agencies and offer support in the community
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports


Required Experience
Experience supporting vulnerable adults across all settings will be considered for this role. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and experience, and will be driver with a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
