"Find your role"

As the Merchandising Manager for SDA, you will be working on a demanding area with a mixture of both import & domestic suppliers. You will be building strong core ranges as well as promotions and events. Merchandising is key to our success, and you'll help us deliver the goods in this area - making sure that our customers get exactly what they want, exactly when they want it.

The Role

As the Merchandising Manager, you will be driving the business to potentialize profit in-season and you will be responsible for planning a strong activity programme throughout the year.

You will be managing product critical path and lifecycle to ensure launch availability and full availability on both range & activity and you will provide accurate forecasting of sales, stock turn and markdown to achieve maximum profit. You will be responsible for the analysis of sales data to provide recommendations for range control, budgeting & selection for future seasons-to include use of new Tableau tools.

You and your team will work closely with the buying team to further understand our customer needs & competitor activity and you will work on defining and shaping business strategy both short & long-term. You will develop an understanding the market and working closely with the buyer to define pricing strategy as well as identifying and managing key volume & value lines
