WHAT'S THE MISSION?
As part of our Global Merchandising team you’ll have a hands on approach to planning and forecasting to maximise our sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who is highly analytical with incredible attention to detail, and wants to be part of a growing business.
WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
- Accurate sales planning and forecasting by channel and at category level
- Managing stock levels throughout the business in line with OTB and sales expectations
- Working to and maintaining profitability plans
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the Merchandising Manager in planning & reforecasting using the WSSI
- Driving category level planning in line with company strategy
- Highlighting sales and stock risks and opportunities based on category performance and plans
- Analysing sales and inventory levels to make trading decisions
- Managing OTB in line with stock levels and sales plans using Inventory planner software
- Supporting junior members of the team with daily priorities and analysis tasks
- Working with product team to build compelling product assortments within both fashion and core. Providing insights into opportunity areas, metric targets, and commercial knowledge to help shape the range
- Forecasting packaging requirements for the year, maintaining good covers based on forward planning
- Close collaboration with other teams within the business to ensure informed planning accuracy
WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME?

- Advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication skills and good commercial knowledge
