Junior Visual Merchandiser

Our client is looking for a Junior Visual Merchandiser to join the team on a temporary basis. This brand is a functional clothing brand with a modern lens on heritage and are best known for their premium to luxury products. They cater for many categories such as women's & menswear outerwear, shoes, accessories, apparel.
This is a temporary role meaning you must be immediately available without a notice period. Ideally to start next week!
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Visual Merchandising in the setting up of seasonal VM within UK/EU showrooms and the distribution of VM guidelines. (May / Nov)
- Supporting both the UK and DE showrooms during the sales campaign, maintaining the VM set-up and creating a visual record of each accounts buy
- Visiting key wholesale accounts (UK/EU) to implement VM guidelines at the time of new season deliveries (Dec-Jan and Jun-July) and follow up throughout season with monthly guidelines from HQ
- Supporting the Outlet stores with POS signage
- Ensuring new VM toolkit (brand blocks/ signage etc) is distributed and displayed in partner accounts
- Maintaining a tracker for invoices accrued to VM and submitting invoices and new vendor forms to finance in a timely fashion
- Effectively managing your time, ensuring deadlines are adhered to and your timetable is agreed with the Head of Visual Merchandising
- Acting as a brand ambassador in alignment to the organisation’s culture, products, image and target market.
Candidate requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within a luxury or fast paced environment.
- A track record for creating dynamic product displays. Detail orientated with an ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- A willingness to travel and be away from home for periods at a time.
- Microsoft Office competence with good PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Adobe CS experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a bonus.
