Job Description
This individual will be highly driven, passionate and an independent brand ambassador with a strong understanding of the the men and women premium retail market with experience in a similar environment or role. This is a great opportunity to utilise your excellent communication and analytical skills to help drive the future of HUGO BOSS within the Frasers Group.
- Participation and education in HUGO BOSS VM guidelines and Model Store execution
- Drive and implement local model store adaptation into the Frasers Group fascias, as well as mono brand franchise stores and be the liaison between both VM Departments
- Under the guidance of the BOSS Brand Liaison Officer, write Visual Merchandising Guidelines for all fascias, in line with each product drop. Ensure communications are based on commerciality, profitability and with the customer experience in mind, and are aligned to the Frasers business structure and strategy
- Review Trade Reports to independently analyse sales and make relevant product recommendations to maximize sales opportunities
- Play an active part in new store installations and re-fits
- Regularly visit stores to work with key staff members for new product launches and to maintain BOSS standards
- Audit and reorder POS material for shop fitted sites such as hangers, brand blocks etc.
- Ensure correct branding is in place in all sites and all online fascias
- Highlight and escalate any issues harming the brand execution in a timely manner to all key stakeholders
- Deliver visual excellence
- Work alongside Boss Brand Liaison Officer to deliver staff trainings across all fascias (minimum twice annually)

Travel
- Extensive UK and Ireland travel to ensure strong brand delivery on every touch point, including follow up and actions
- Weekly travel to the Frasers offices in Shirebrook, London Academy House as well as the HUGO BOSS head office
- Regular visits to the HUGO BOSS DOS store to experience and learn about best practice retail and VM execution
Qualifications
- Experience as Visual Merchandiser either in a store or an Area Visual Merchandiser role
- Experience within premium men’s, women’s and accessory retail
