Join a creative and ambitious furniture retailer poised for significant growth! My client is on the cusp of evolving from a small, cherished brand into a household name and are seeking an Online Merchandiser to be a part of their marketing team. This role is integral to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective online product presentation and analysis.
Day to Day of the role:- Manage and optimise product listings on the website, ensuring best sellers are featured prominently and align with the customer journey.
- Conduct regular tests and analyses on product placement, performance, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, and Hotjar.
- Oversee end-to-end project management of online imagery and graphics.
- Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities in our product assortment, pricing, and presentation.
- Recommend creative improvements for website elements such as banners, landing pages, and product images, in collaboration with design and content teams.
- Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and SEO-friendly, utilising tools like Excel, Photoshop, and CGI software.
- Work closely with buying, marketing, and customer service teams to align online merchandising strategies with business goals and customer needs.
- Experience in online merchandising
- Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices, web analytics, and user experience.
- Keen eye for detail, creativity, and aesthetics.
- Data-driven and customer-centric mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and collaborative attitude, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for products and brand engagement.

- Working hours: 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
