Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing daily stock and sales across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Shopify, and Despatch. Your keen eye for detail will help identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders, from raising and tracking to daily updates, and maintain constant communication with factories to ensure timely and complete orders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Stock and Sales Management: Accurately monitor and report on stock and sales, ensuring all data across various platforms is current.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Swiftly identify, investigate, and resolve any stock discrepancies.
• Purchase Order Administration: Handle all aspects of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Factory Coordination: Maintain regular communication with factories, tracking order statuses and addressing any issues.
• Cross-Department Communication: Keep all relevant departments informed of any issues, ensuring smooth operations.
• Delivery Tracking: Monitor and update delivery schedules, ensuring accuracy in planned and actual docking dates.
• Additional Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks related to stocks and purchase orders.
