Salary: Basic Salary of around £25,000 OTE £50,000 - £60,000 Uncapped
Contract: Full Time 35-40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Stephens Oil is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to prospect & convert new customers as well as account manage and develop current / lapsed customers.
The role would include -
- Managing a portfolio of existing commercial customers
- Attract and sell to new customers
- Managing margins & driving volumes across both new & existing customers
- Re- activating lapsed customers
The successful candidate would demonstrate -
- Sales & business development experience
- A self starter - working through their own initiative
- Hard working and hungry to increase revenue

This is mainly an office based sales role however, on occasions there will be a requirement to visit customers at their premises. Therefore use of your own transport is essential (mileage will be paid). A company mobile phone will be provided.
