Leading product launches, promotional events, and markdown strategies, you'll utilise data analytics to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll build and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Merchandising Manager Requirements:
* Strong analytic background with the ability to analyse data and drive team actions.
* Currently operating at a Senior Merchandising or Merchandising Manager level within the fashion or sports industry.
* Multichannel experience across online, wholesale, and retail.
* Leadership skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in a start-up culture with a strategic and operational mindset.
* Proficiency in Excel for insightful analysis.
* Commercial awareness to relate business needs compellingly.
* Excellent communicator to maintain working relationships with suppliers, third parties, and stakeholders.
