Required Skills and Attributes:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, taxation, law, or related fields.
• Six or more years of experience in M&A Tax with outstanding technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in computer usage and mastery of the English language.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining outstanding client relationships.
• Strong leadership, business development, training, coaching, and mentoring skills.
