This is a brand-new role for an experienced IT Project Manager within a dynamic and high-profile Non-Profit organisation as they expand their technology division to drive even greater impact. They are dedicated to making a positive difference and fully appreciate that efficiently utilising technology is crucial in achieving their goals.
The individual in this role will be asked to
- Deliver cross functional Information Technology Projects
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of project administration, estimating, planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure project plans are maintained and communicated to key stakeholders.
- Lead project planning sessions and the co-ordination internal and external resources
- Complete all aspects of each project within agreed timescales, cost, and quality.
- Take budget accountability for project finances
- Oversee the delivery and sign-off of all project documentation.
- Participate in tendering processes i.e., design, submission, and review
- Conduct effective risk management; identify, manage, and control risks via risk management plans.
And should have experience of:
- Managing Project Budgets of up to £150K
- Software development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., waterfall / agile)
- Prince 2 Practitioner and /or APM PMQ Qualified
- New system implementations, application change and system upgrades for both Microsoft (Dynamics) and Cloud SAAS environments
- Cloud environments (Azure)
- Managing contractors, and 3rd party providers.
- Stakeholder management
- Experience of maintaining full system & process documentation
- Understanding of PCI-DSS and GDPR data protection & regulations
- Experience of deploying network and infrastructure as part of business moves / refurbishments
Any knowledge of Power BI and EPoS systems would be of interest.
