MET Technician required in Ashford

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-17:00 (overtime weekdays also available)

Saturdays available paid at normal rate (07:00-12/13:00)

Paying £17 - £22 p/h

Our Client is an accomplished Bodyshop based in Woodford, offering an outstanding working environment, with a business that continues to grow year on year. Due to this continued growth, an immediate opportunity has arisen for a skilled MET Technician to join their busy team.

MET Technician Responsibilities:

• Dismantling accident damaged vehicles
• Rebuilding as appropriate
• Undertaking mechanical repair work on all makes and models of vehicle in a safe and economical manner, in line with Company standards to ensure customer expectations are met

The Ideal MET Technician:

You must be highly competent in all areas of body repair and used to working to high standards, with a passion for 'getting it right first time'. A flexible approach and a positive attitude is essential, along with the ability to work using your own initiative with a determination to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

• An experienced MET Technician qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent ideally with, or working towards, an ATA accreditation
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Electrical Technician MET within a busy Bodyshop environment
• Confident, with the ability to work on a wide range of makes and models of vehicle
• Demonstrate an understanding of customer expectations in relation to the repair process
• Good Technical knowledge
• Must have a Driving License
