MFL TEACHER

THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU...
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality MFL lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials that can be adapted to meet the diverse needs of pupils and their learning styles and abilities.
- Regularly assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students and plan future lessons accordingly.
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive in their language development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the development and implementation of departmental schemes of work.
- Participate in extra curricular activities, including meetings and parents evening
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teaching degree.
- Proven experience as a MFL Teacher, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inspiring and organized learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of young learners.
- UK resident with right to work
- Hold an enhanced DBS
