Your new school
New Year, New Job? With 2024 just around the corner, we\'re on the lookout for Modern Foreign Language teachers to join various schools within South Birmingham, Solihull and Worcester from January onwards, in both long-term and perm roles. Our schools are looking for innovative and creative teachers to bring a positive change to the department.
Your new job
As this is a long-term role starting in January 2024, you will be required to:

• Plan and prepare Modern Foreign Language, specifically French, Spanish and German lessons for pupils in KS3 and KS4 (potentially KS5 dependent on experience)
• Complete the marking and assessment of pupils' work, along with being involved with facility and department meetings
• You will deliver these lessons in a positive learning environment, ensuring all pupils are progressing consistently and achieving target grades.
• Have a focus on keeping high expectations of students' attainment and behaviour.

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must:

• Possess QTS or QTLS
• Have experience teaching Modern Foreign Languages, specifically French, Spanish and German within a secondary school. ECT's with MFL placement experience will be considered.
• You will possess excellent behaviour management skills.
• You will be keen to work as part of a team, share ideas and good practice.
• You will be available to start between January and Easter and continue on a long-term basis.
