Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our dynamic team, beginning in September 2024. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in one or more foreign languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and share best practices.
• Participate in school events and contribute to our commitment to educational excellence.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge in one or more foreign languages.
• Effective classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring students in the field of Modern Foreign Languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
