A leading construction company renowned for its expertise in high-end residential projects is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London. The Role:

The successful Project Manager will spearhead our high-end residential projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver exceptional results. This role offers a clear and structured path for progression, with the potential to advance to a senior position within our organisation.

The Project Manager will:

• Lead Design and Build projects, focusing on high-end residential developments.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure a cohesive and efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Drive project performance, identifying and implementing improvements where necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, specifically on Design and Build projects.
• A strong portfolio of high-end residential projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing and motivating teams.
• A thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and standards.
• Relevant construction-related qualifications (e.g., a degree in Construction Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification) are desirable.
