We have a fantastic newly created, hybrid sales opportunity for a Mid-Market Sales Advisor to join a prestigious Security & Protection Company based in Surrey. Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for building a portfolio of new smaller/mid-market clients, in addition to associated sales administration. Solutions often include CCTV, Alarms, control panels, gates and access control. This role offers a hybrid working pattern with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies targeted at mid-market businesses in the security sector
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their security needs
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client security needs
Collaborate with team members, including technical staff, to craft client-specific solutions
Requirements
Previous proactive sales experience (perhaps as Recruitment Consultant, Estate Agent etc.)
It is essential to have a Full Driving License and own vehicle
Highly motivated and target-driven – focused on sales as a career
Smart personal presentation
Strong analytical ability to understand and propose solutions for complex security needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional interpersonal skills
