Mid WalesUK Shared Prosperity Fund Manager

This role will see you leading the programme in Mid Wales, hosted by Ceredigion County Council (as lead authority). You will be working alongside other regional functions as part of the Growing Mid Wales team to maximise the benefit of these funds to the Ceredigion and Powys economies.
On a day to day basis you will:
- act as the regional Fund manager, and principal point of contact with UK Government (as lead authority)
- implement governance and management arrangements regionally to support local fund delivery and overall regional oversight
- support the S151 of the Lead Authority to implement relevant financial controls and processing mechanisms
- establish fund guidance and a common approvals process
- develop and review an annual commissioning strategy with the Ceredigion and Powys Local teams – setting out timings and focus for regional and/or local calls
- programme Performance Monitoring and Reporting to UK Government (supported by the Ceredigion and Powys teams)
- establishing and implementing a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for the Fund
- audit, document management, record keeping and compliance
- establish and manage a small team to support your team’s function
