Midday Supervisor’s X2
Grade 2 SCP 3 (£22,737) Pro Rata
1 hour per day (Monday to Friday) – 5 hours per week
Term Time (39 weeks a year)
Hours between 11.30am – 2.00pm depending on needs of the school.
Temporary Positions until 31st August 2024.

The Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-motivated person as a Midday Supervisor.
We are looking for candidates who:
• have strong English language skills
• are competent when working within a team
• will supervise children during the lunch break
• can help children eating their school dinner or packed-lunch
• can supervise children in the playground
• can supervise children in their classes during inclement weather
• will play games and undertake activities with the children
• will manage children’s behaviour positively in line with school policy
• are able to follow the school’s safeguarding policy and procedures

This salary is subject to the Living Wage supplement which brings pay rates up to £12 per hour (scp 2 - 4). This supplement will be reviewed in January 2024 and thereafter annually in April. Cardiff Council reserves the right to make any changes to, or removal of, the Living Wage supplement.
