The Role
- Assuring that all equity trades are confirmed within a timely manner
- Electronic pre matching in CTM and Traiana
- Escalating and Liaising with the internal Settlements Team (Hamburg and London)/Traders/Investment Managers or client’s custodian to ensure accurate matching and settlement of all trades
- Close monitoring of trades and if deemed necessary, raise difference with sales/traders
- Dealing with any ad-hoc trading/execution confirmation issues
- Pre-Matching of Crest trades for our RSP desk
- Support for our low touch (DMA) desk
Your profile:
- Strong experience and understanding of working within a high volume equities/trade execution environment
- Profound knowledge of the full settlement process for equities/securities
- High systems aptitude and experience in local systems e.g. CTM/Bloomberg/Traiana/Fidessa
- Ability to adapt to the Sales/Trading teams needs to offer high quality support
- Strong organisational skills and flexibility, with the ability to cope with rapidly changing priorities throughout the day
- Ability to work well in a dynamic environment and meet strict deadlines
- Readiness to cover our late shift for our US clients (on-call-duty/rota system)
