Midweight Designer

An integrated creative agency is seeking a Midweight Creative to join their vibrant studio team. As Midweight Designer, you’ll be at the heart of the creative process, working with a talented design team to bring projects to life. Your role will be hands-on, taking charge of campaign concepts, brand development, and web and UX design. You’ll drive designs forward with your brilliant creative ideas, expert design skills, and keen attention to detail.

Key responsibilities, for this Midweight Designer include -

• Developing brand identities and assets for clients
• Brainstorming initial ideas and carrying them through to concept development, visualisation, and final implementation
• Assisting with pitches, carving out creative brand routes from ideation to design development and roll-out
• Contributing to the strategic thinking and conceptual rationale behind ideas
• Keeping up with current trends in design, tech and creativity, and infusing them into the design studio where relevant

About you -

• Previous experience working within a design agency
• Strong skills across the Adobe Creative Suite
• Have a portfolio showcasing proficiency in branding, campaigns and digital (web and UX design)
• Additional skills like motion and illustration are a big plus
