Job Description of a Minute Taker / Administrator

  • Taking rough notes during the meetings that accurately reflect the decisions and discussion that took place.
  • Writing up these notes neatly or typing them out in an agreed format.
  • Copying and distributing them to relevant people.
  • Keeping all minutes together in a file for future reference.
  • Provide admin support to staff
  • Deal with all queries via email and telephone
  • Organise and ensure all data is up to date
  • Perform other clerical tasks to ensure smooth running of office
