Job Description of a Minute Taker / Administrator
- Taking rough notes during the meetings that accurately reflect the decisions and discussion that took place.
- Writing up these notes neatly or typing them out in an agreed format.
- Copying and distributing them to relevant people.
- Keeping all minutes together in a file for future reference.
- Provide admin support to staff
- Deal with all queries via email and telephone
- Organise and ensure all data is up to date
- Perform other clerical tasks to ensure smooth running of office
