My client is a mid size commercial maintenance provider. Due to expansion of contracts they are recruiting for a national mobile maintenance to cover a number of commercial sites. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent in Air Conditioning as well a fgas cat 1, as well as a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance, including splits, multi-splits, ahu's, fan coil units, vrv's, de-gassing and re-gassing, filter cleaning, general ppm's on equipment, dealing with sub contractors and small installation jobs, general paperwork.
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with overtime, company benefits and much more.
Salary up to 45K with van, phone, uniform, company benefits and much more.
