Integrated hands on Marketing Lead required at UK sustainable energy company. As company grows, more marketing comms required.
THE COMPANY

Created here in the UK in 2012, my Client designs and manufactures smart energy storage systems - aimed at helping consumers change energy consumption by encouraging energy efficiency and the usage of renewable energy technologies.
The focus is on helping accelerate the UK's transition to a low-carbon, decentralised energy network.
THE ROLE

As my Client continues to grow its customer base and increase its portfolio of products, the time has come for a dedicated marketeer to join the team.
As the only marketing member , this will be a hands on as well as strategic role in the company of 25 staff.

Working directly with the Sales Director and closely with the CEO, the work will involve:
- B2C and B2B audience comms
- Website development and monitoring.
- Social media comms and analysis.
- Content creation.
- Creation of sales and marketing literature.
- Event presence and planning of any literature.
- Market analysis.
- Management of any freelance suppliers.
YOU

To be considered for this role , my Client is seeking marketing candidates with :
- 4 years integrated marketing across BtoB and BtoC.
- A real interest in the renewables sector, if no experience of!
- Comfortable presenting marketing plans to senior internal stakeholders.
- Happy to do the doing as well as the planning, of integrated marketing activity.
- Enjoys analysing results to see what is and is not working, what needs tweaking.
- Good writing skills - you are comfortable writing content for posts.
- Comfortable being the only marketeer in the team!
Able to be in the North West London office, 3 days per week. The rest from home.
