cer Financial are working alongside a corporate FX and hedging company who are growing their team.

They are looking for a Lead Tax Analyst to support the Head of Tax Function within the Finance team.

The Responsibilities of Lead Tax Analyst Will Include:

• Manage the design and implementation of wider group Tax Strategy.
• Oversee the group's business taxes and effectiveness tax strategy.
• Collaborating with internal staff as well as external tax experts, ensuring filings and payments are completed.
• Handling tax issues: implement effective tax planning, stakeholder solutions that optimize tax invoices.
• Managing tax disclosures relating to financial statements audits.
• Oversee tax provisions and compliance processes.
• Take charge of company transfer pricing policy. Making sure that policies are reviewed and updated, taking into account any changes within the business.
• Ensuring transfer pricing related compliance in each jurisdiction.
• Ad hoc tax accounting projects and support the Head of Accounting on transactions and Group tax planning and implementation.

The Successful Senior Tax Analyst Wil Have:

• Have worked in a similar role within a commercial environment specifically in a regulated investment firm
• Knowledge  of financial regulations, compliance and risk management
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment ( FX )
• Fully ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
• Experience using Workday is an advantage.
• Demonstrable knowledge of UK financial Regulations.
• Some knowledge of the regulatory environment in which an FX firm operates.
• Fluency in other European languages is desirable.
