JGA are partnered with a leading financial services firm seeking an HR Systems Lead to manage their SuccessFactors system. We are looking for a Technical SuccessFactors SME with knowledge across EC, Compensation, P&G and Timesheets modules. You must also be able to run reports through the system.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting SuccessFactors modules.
- Configuring change requests in SuccessFactors.
- Providing training for new users and Administrators.
- Any project work as required, including upgrades, new module implementation and process streamlining.
- Supporting Document Management solution.
- Running reports through SF modules.
Skills:
- SF experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration and implementation experience.
- Experience in data reports and analytics.
- EC certification highly desirable.
