As the HR Systems & Data Lead, you will lead the HR Systems & Data team and ensure that our HR systems are fit for purpose, and that our approach to people data is insight and value driven.
Most importantly, you’ll play a significant role as we carry out an HR System change project, working with key stakeholders to define requirements and using your expert knowledge to guide on improved ways of working and streamlining processes.
You’ll lead our Systems & Data team on all HR System requirements including configuration, testing, and delivery, be point of contact for our external suppliers, and act as lead for all system projects and developments.
To be considered for this role, you will have significant experience with the management, development and delivery of HRIS systems transformation. You’ll be a motivational leader committed to the development and coaching of our Systems and Data team, and be able to demonstrate expert senior stakeholder management.
